Cancelling a membership
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current month remains active until its end date.
Lesson cancellations
The notice period for rescheduling or cancelling a lesson will be set by the academy and shown here before launch.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, including your statutory cancellation rights as a UK consumer, will be confirmed before launch.
